Please pick up clutter and personal items and put them away before cleaning. We are more than happy to provide this service for you as an additional fee, but if we have to spend time during a regular cleaning picking up personal items, we will have to skip some of your scheduled service items to compensate our cleaners for the added time. 

However, we do have an add-on service if you simply need the house cleaned with zero prep. Please select the "clutter in room" option when selecting your cleaning services. 

If you have pets please inform us prior to cleaning. Some of our cleaners may have allergies so we want to make sure to send a pet-friendly cleaner. Also, we do not guarantee the safety or care of pets while cleaning. If a dog or cat is likely to slip out the door while the cleaner is bringing in supplies, please have them crated or otherwise contained. Last but not least, if your pet is threatening the safety of a cleaner in any way, they can reserve the right to cancel the cleaning on the spot and charge the cancellation fee plus any time spent cleaning. 

We do not copy or store your keys with our cleaners. You made hide the keys in a secure location of your choosing or give us the alarm code.
